Your expertise is worth $300 an hour. Your evenings go to formatting.

You know the answer by the end of the first client call. What follows is assembly: pulling language from last year's review, cross-referencing the manual, footnoting the rule, building the binder. The judgment takes minutes. The typing takes weeks — and it's the typing that caps how many clients you can serve.

CompliDraft eliminates the work between knowing the answer and shipping the deliverable. It never replaces the expert. It removes the typing.

How it works

From client files to signed deliverable in three steps.

01

Upload the client's files

Policies, procedures, prior reviews, regulator letters — the record you already work from.

02

Get a structured, source-cited draft

An annual review binder, gap analysis, mock-exam prep pack, or client report — every sentence linked to its source.

03

Review, edit, deliver

Under your letterhead, over your signature. Your name goes on it because your judgment shaped it.

Every claim carries a citation.

Each sentence in a draft links back to the source document or the rule itself. Where no source exists, the draft shows a flagged gap — never invented language. CompliDraft prepares drafts; regulatory judgment always remains with you.

Capacity

Serve more clients on the same hours.

When drafting starts from a cited first draft instead of a blank page, review replaces assembly. The hours you get back are the clients you currently turn away — the referrals declined, the RFPs skipped, the growth deferred until "next year."

Worked example below — plug in your own numbers on the walkthrough.

Annual review binder, assembled by hand ~30 hrs
Reviewing and editing a cited draft ~6 hrs
Across 20 client firms, per year ~480 hrs back

That's room for the next ten retainers — without hiring, and without another late night.

Security

Built for the files you're trusted with.

Your clients' documents are the most sensitive thing in your practice. Plain answers, no badges we don't have:

Encrypted throughout

Client files are encrypted in transit and at rest.

Never used for training

Your documents are never used to train models. Yours stay yours.

Delete anytime

Remove a client's files whenever you choose — removal is permanent.

US/EU processing

Data is processed in the US and EU only.

Questions consultants ask first.

Which deliverables does it draft?

Annual review binders under SEC Rule 206(4)-7, policy gap analyses against current rules, mock-exam prep packs, and client-ready reports. Custom deliverable types are part of the founding-cohort roadmap.

Does it know current SEC rules?

It drafts from your sources — the client's documents and the rule texts you work from — and flags which rule version each citation points to. You confirm currency. The draft never asserts a rule it cannot cite.

What about hallucinations?

Nothing appears in a draft without a citation to a source document or rule. Where no source exists, the draft shows a flagged gap for your review — never invented language.

Who owns the output?

You do. Drafts, your edits, and final deliverables are your work product, delivered under your letterhead.

Can I use my own templates?

Yes. Upload your binder and report templates, and drafts follow your structure, headings, and house style.

When does it launch?

The founding cohort starts in fall 2026. Founding members get access as features ship and shape the roadmap directly.

Ten consultancies will shape this. Be one of them.

CompliDraft is being built with its founding cohort — ten practices whose deliverables, templates, and review standards define the roadmap. $149/mo, locked for life. $299 at launch.
